Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (this excludes weekends) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If you need your order quickly please select "Express" at checkout. This does NOT speed up our processing time but gives you priority sorting and delivery with Royal Mail as well as a tracking number which is included with your Shipment notification.

International Shipping

We ask that all non domestic orders be placed on our Etsy store. This helps us to ensure that the correct Taxes and customs fees are paid.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number if you selected Express or a general confirmation code you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at beth@happygothcrafts.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
